SMS/Text & Email Messaging Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By opting in to receive SMS/text messages and email communications from Resurgence Cloud ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before providing your consent to receive messages.
2. Description of Service
Our SMS and email messaging service provides:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Service updates and notifications
- Promotional offers and announcements (if opted in)
- Customer service communications
- Account-related alerts
- Project updates and information
3. Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and/or email address and agreeing to receive messages, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages and emails from Resurgence Cloud at the phone number and email address you provided. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your interaction with our services and the programs you have opted into.
4. Age Restriction
Our services and messaging programs are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By opting in to receive messages and using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from or send messages to individuals under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will promptly delete that information.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to all text messages sent and received. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
6. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by using any of the following methods:
- Text STOP: Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any SMS message you receive from us
- Email Unsubscribe: Click the unsubscribe link in any email
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@resurgence.cloud
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt in again.

8. Supported Carriers
Our SMS service is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other carriers. Carrier service may not be available in all areas.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including your mobile phone number and email address.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Messages may be delayed or undelivered for various reasons including network issues, device compatibility, or carrier restrictions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued participation in our messaging programs constitutes acceptance of any changes.
